Actuator Placers. Pamasol actuator placers are available to suit the application of all types of aerosol actuator including: -

Full finger buttons.

Tilt buttons.

Mousse spouts.

Vertical spouts.

Buttons with projection (feasibility depends on shape and length of spout).

The P2025/4 is an indexing machine with pneumatic drive suitable for butting-up to standard slat conveyor systems complete with sorter, feed rail and inserting tools to suit one type of actuator.

Capacity up to 60 ppm.

The P2025/24 is a similar machine to above but with electric/index gearbox drive enabling a capacity of up to 140 ppm.

The P2071 is a fully rotary machine with free-standing sorter, high velocity air veyor transport system and inserting tools for one type of aerosol actuator.

Capacity

12 head version up to 300 ppm.
18 head version up to 500 ppm (includes infeed scroll for actuators).

A full range of feed elevators and sorters to suit various types of actuator and capacities are available.
