Cappers

Pamasol cappers are available to suit the application of all types of overcap including: -

Trimline plain caps.
Top hat caps.
Spray through cap.
Actuator/overcap assemblies.
Yard Fogger caps.

Caps to engage on 1" aerosol valve.

The P2033/1 is an indexing machine with pneumatic drive suitable for butting up to standard slat conveyors complete with cap infeed system and tooling for one diameter of cap.

Capacity up to 60 ppm.

The P2033/20 is a similar machine to above but with electric/index gearbox drive enabling a capacity of up to 120 ppm.

The P2095 is a fully rotary 'pick and place' capper with high velocity air veyor cap infeed system and tooling for one diameter/type of cap. The cap chucks are quick release enabling very fast diameter/type changeover.

Capacity 12 head version up to 300 ppm.
18 head version up to 450 ppm.

A special version of the P2095 is available with built-in vision system and stepper motors enabling can orientation. A full range of feed elevators and sorters to sort various types of cap and capacities are available.
