Crimpers

The Pamasol P2002 is a crimping machine comprising: -

Duplex pneumatic cylinder.

Various crimp heads: -

•   P2002-2 for vacuum swaging of 1" aerosol valves.
  
  
• P2002-150/5 for vacuum swaging of 1" aerosol valves.
  
  
•  P2002-50 For overcrimp of PET 1" aerosol valves. - P2002-40 for crimping  metric aerosol valves and pump Ø 9-21 mm.
  
  
•  P2002-50 For heavy duty crimping of Ø 21 mm ferrules.
  
  
•  P2002-0043/3 for vacuum crimping of Ø 21 mm ferrules.
  

Pneumatic control system.

All heads fully adjustable for contact pressure and depth/diameter of crimp/swage.

The machine is available on a height adjustment column and baseplate suitable for small scale production or development work. (Usually fitted into DH Autoguard). Capacity 10-15 cpm.

The system can also be fitted into indexing machines such as P2045 Macromat, P2078 Duplomat and P2085 Elcomat.

Capacity 40-60 cpm single index

80-120 cpm double index

The P2018 Centomat rotary range is available in 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 head versions of the P2002 Crimper.

Capacity 80-500 cpm.
