Propellant Fillers

The Pamasol P2011 is a propellant filling system comprising: -

Stainless steel cylinder and piston available in the following standard sizes: -

43, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 450 ml

Special micro versions are available with 20.0, 5.0 and 2.0 ml capacities.

Adjustable stroke air motor with step up ratio (usually 6:1) to ensure up to 60 bar injection pressure.

No valve-no fill nozzle with adaptor to suit one type of aerosol valve.

Stainless steel non-return valve.

Pneumatic control system.

The machine is available on a height adjustment column and baseplate suitable for small scale production or development work. (Usually fitted into DH Autoguard). Capacity 10-15 cpm.

The system can also be fitted into indexing machines.

Capacity 25-60 cpm single index 50-120 cpm double index

More then one P2011 can be fitted for multi-phase fills or very large (split) fills. The P2018 Centomat rotary range is available in 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 head versions of the P2011 Propellant Filler. Capacity 80-500 cpm. The output of all the P2011 propellant filling systems depends on the following factors: -

The volume to be filled.

The speed at which the aerosol valve can be pressure filled.

The P2011 propellant filling systems require compressed air (8-10 bar) and a pumped propellant supply (8-12 bar depending on the vapour pressure of the liquid propellant).

The P2011 is suitable for all normal aerosol propellants: -

LPG (Butane/Propane).

DME (Dimethylether).

HFA (Hydrofluroalkanes).

Compressed gasses air, CO2 and N20. When using the flammable aerosol propellants (LPG/DME) it is vital that the P2011 propellant machine is sited in a safe area with all the necessary safety systems. See 'modular gassing rooms'.

Nozzle adaptors are available to suit all current aerosol valves.
