Systems to suit the standard aerosol 1" valves, metric aerosol valves and metric pumps are available in various versions to suit line speeds 40-500 ppm.

The P2037/10 is an insertion/centring/detection device for fitting to indexing machines to suit 1" valves with diptube, capacity up to 60 ppm.

The P2037/11 is an insertion/centring/detection device for fitting to indexing machines to suit metric aerosol valves and pumps with diptube, capacity up to 60 ppm.

The P2058 is an insertion/detection device for fitting to indexing machines for aerosol valves without diptube.

Available in both 1" and metric versions capacity up to 60 ppm.

The P2047 rotary valve inserter is available in 12 and 24 pocket versions to suit aerosol valves with and without diptube. A push down/centring device is built into the machine. Capacity 80-500 ppm.

A complete range of elevator feed systems and sorting devices are available for all types of values and capacities up to 500 ppm.

The P2047-0006 'up-and-over' transport system is a popular device to avoid rigid feed rails between the valve sorter and inserter and give access all the way around the inserting machine.
