When you come to DH with a project proposal, we dedicate a Project Manager to lead it from the initial enquiry, right through to installation and commissioning. We ensure confidentiality by using our own staff for:

The river conveyor system is designed especially for building production lines and incorporating various types of equipment and controls.

It forms the main artery system of the line, distributing components, power and control to the various machines and sensors.

The system is robustly constructed to pharmaceutical standards, with rigid stainless steel side panels which are easily divided and removed for inspection, addition or modification.

Special plug-in 'pharma' guides support cans precisely and are easily removed without tools for cleaning or changeover. Special handling features, such as lane dividing, combining and selection of specific cans by the DH AUTOSAMPLER are integral with the river conveyor.

At the start of a project, a DH Electro-link technician is appointed to take charge of all electrical and control systems engineering, from allocation of sensors, drives and safety systems through control circuit and panel design to design and programming of the PLC and touch screens.

The control equipment and panels are built and installed to the highest standards by DH Electro-link staff and the line or machine is built up and pre-wired in our assembly hall for set-up and testing by the technician before the factory acceptance test.

Tests with the customer, first at DH, then on site, are carried out by the technician.

Throughout the project DH Electro-link liaises closely with the client, tailoring the controls and interfaces to integrate with specific site requirements.
