Right from the start….

When you first decide that your product could be packaged and administered as an MDI, call in DH to discuss how to progress the concept.

We will examine your requirements and give you guidance on process methods, components and propellants.

When the time is right, we can specify and provide you with pilot plant to fill your formulation into an aerosol can for evaluation, testing and clinical trials.

 
 
 

Use your data…

When you are engrossed in development work and your fingers are sore with taking down data, such as filling speeds, pressures and weights, forget your conventions and use the D H MONITOR to collect data direct from your filling machine and weighing equipment and send it to your PC and spreadsheet.

Typical application

This set-up  is to evaluate the filling performance of aerosol metering valves.  The Pamasol small scale propellant/suspension filler is equipped with a load cell and transducers to monitor and record:

Filling time

Injection pressure curve

Load on valve mechanism

The weight of fill is also sent to the DH MONITOR from the balance.

Parameters for each can are recorded and out of tolerance fills are highlighted.
